Karlova Apartments represent an ideal solution for where to stay in Prague during your holidays. Our lovely apartments are situated in a historical building right by the original "Royal Route" in The Old Town. Cosily and taste fully furnished you will feel immediately at home. There are 3 fully equipped apartments (one on each floor) each giving you a feeling of privacy and comfort, surrounded by the magic of picturesque old Prague.

Important information:

Cancellation fee will be charge for amount of 1 night if you cancel the reservation 72 hours prior to your arrival. Please note !!! There is no reception and we need to know the exact time of the arrival, if you do not have the transfer organized with us. There is no lift in the building !!!

Bar-Restaurant "U ČERVENÉHO RAKA" is situated just few steps from the Karlova apartments, by the right side. They will serve you many variety of typical Czech and international menu and delicious trade mark beer called Budweisser. They are proud of the chepaest prices in the Old Town City Centre. You can drink it for 30 CZK (0,3 l) and you pay 50 CZK for (0,5 l). While you are enjoying the meal or drink you can watch TV and listen music. Other possibilities to try around is the Pizzeria Ristorante ROMEO (oposite), U ZLATEHO HADA (at the end of the street-this restaurant belongs to the best in its category in Europe).

Parking possibility is in the Jan Palach Square (Náměstí Jana Palacha) in underground garage just under the Rudolfinum (also called Artist House) and it is situated approx.300 m away from the Karlova street and 200 m from Charles Bridge and Old Town Square. Capacity of this garage was reportedly never full. Parking prices are follows: 1 hours for 50 CZK, 24 hours for 600 CZK and for 1 months is the price 5500 CZK. All prices included tax. Rudolfinum is newly Renaissance building producted by Jozef Zítka and Josef Schulze, which was build by architect Mr.Vejrych in 1876 till 1884 and it has named in honour of crown prince Rudolf. Interior of this Building consist of concert halls (for example Dvořák auditorium).
