We will take care of you during your staying in Prague and help you spend your holiday time in here comfortably.

We will book accommodation for you. We will book safe transfer for you according to where you would like to travel to. We will solve your problems during your visit for you; all you need to do is contact us. We will offer you a competative price.

These services are completely free of charge.

No booking Fees.

You will only pay for accommodation, transfer services or tour guides.

We check and update this information on our websites regularly.

We guarantee that all information and personal details are secure from third parties.

PAYMENT AND CREDIT CARD GUARANTEE:

There are 3 methods of payment for your chosen accommodation (hotel, pension or apartment) in Prague.

1. The payment will be made upon arrival at the establishment's reception.

  • In this case we need credit card details as a guarantee:
    • a. credit card number
    • b. date of expiration
    • c. cvc code

2. Pre-pay the accommodation in advance directly into the establishment's bank account.

Payment conditions can be found on the website of each accommodation presented.

Please note that there are different payment conditions for group reservation, long term stays and peak-seasons (New Year´s Eve, Easter..etc...). Some of the properties require payment in advance in such cases.

CANCELLATION OF BOOKING OR CHANGE OF BOOKING

Please read carefully the specific booking conditions on the website of your chosen hotel, pension or apartment.

We will inform you immediately regarding these conditions by e-mail if there are any changes in booking conditions which are not mentioned on hotel, pension or apartment website.

If you wish to amend, change or cancel your booking for the accommodation:

  1. Please read the cancellation policy stated on each hotel, apartment or pension's website.
  2. We need to receive the change or cancellation in writing.
    • A. Write to us via contact form.
      We will confirm the change or cancellation within 24 hours; please contact us over the phone + 420 603 757 785 or by fax + 420 325 551 512 if you do not receive it.

    • B. At first: Call us on our emergency number for the cancellation.
      After this: Put it in writing via this contact form.

NOTE:
Please use this number only in urgent situations; for example, in case of a change or cancellation of your order for the accommodation and/or transfer service if only a few days prior to your trip, to avoid cancellation fees.

This number can be used as a help for you with booking a transfer service, when you are already at Prague Airport or Railway station and you need our assistance to locate your driver.

CANCELLATION POLICY FOR THE TRANSFER SERVICE

Our transfer service is equipped with a baby car seat for children under the age of 12 years old. It is mandatory. (Please fill in the exact number of children and their age on the form).
The transfer service can be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance without charge. If you cancel later than this, we will charge you the whole amount in fees.
Method of payment: The transfer service can be paid for directly to our bank account via bank transfer in advance or directly to the driver prior to arrival at your destination.

COMPLAINTS

Please note that all complaints have to be registered during your stay in order to be solved as quickly as possible. After your departure, complaints have to be sent to us in writing and we will reply within 14 days.
